A day to day journal of a person in Chronic Pain and how I deal (or not deal) with it.
Well, I start PT again for the third time tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but I know it has to be done. After all the testing I have had done to me in the last few months I really don't want to go to ANOTHER doctor again. But this illness rules me I don't rule it. SIGH.

My goal is to advocate for people with chronic pain/illness and teach people about chronic illness especially Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and various chronic back issues. Basically give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves. Also to get the word out about how much fun tortoises are as pets.
